About.

I’m Ping Lu. I like understanding how things work and how to make them better.

I have a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and started working on BrauFässchen during my master’s studies. I helped build BrauFässchen and Pure Flavor, working extensively on IT, fulfilment and operations. My responsibilities later grew to include HR, production and the supply chain.

Today, I build applications with Claude and Codex, explore momentum trading and think about how AI might change the way we use software.

This website is my public collection: projects I want to share, experiences that stayed with me and ideas that don’t have to be fully formed yet.
